History

June 16th 2008 was certainly a day to remember. This was the day Bridles and Britches opened its doors to the public..July 19th, 2008, another day to remember. The Grand Opening of Bridles and Britches. People from all over the Province came to attend this event. With horse rides, sales, a BBQ and more , Bridles and Britches was able to not only make itself known to fellow horse lovers, riders, family and friends, but it also let people know that everyone is more than welcome to drop in and browse, purchase or even visit.

How it came to be you wonder? It was a born inspiration and a memoriam. Daughter, Lindsey inherited her grandfather, Ron Jeffery's, passion for horses. From pleasure rider to barrel racer and now a reiner, Lindsey is the proud owner of an Arabian/Quarter horse gelding named Valor.

One morning, during mixed discussions, Lindsey out of nowhere said to mother, Kim, father, Bob, and brother Andrew "let’s open a tack shop". Who would of known that a simple image of a girl would become a reality. Lindsey made a quick phone call to aunt Sandi to discuss the name, and this is how Bridles and Britches came to be.
